The why.

Pricing decisions used to be guesswork. Industry averages were stale before they arrived. Consultant retainers cost more than the lift any single decision could deliver. So we built our own pipeline — direct sources, triple verification, item-level granularity — and we ran it ourselves, every six months, for three years.

It worked. Margins moved. Catering positioning sharpened. Real-estate decisions got grounded. Wage negotiations stopped feeling like negotiations.
